I worked with Claire Willis and Josh Minto at RTC North/North East STEM Hub to help them deliver a series of career development workshops for young people on behalf of BT Group. The workshops were delivered in BT Group offices and schools across North East England with support from BT employees. The workshops encouraged young people to think about their values, skills and interests and linking these to career options.
The basic course materials were provided by BT Group, but I completely reworked them to be more engaging. This included adding in extra activities, quizzes and games. I then delivered the workshops to groups of up to 60 secondary school pupils. Over the course of 9 months I worked with over 500 pupils and 50 BT employees.
